Yes, it is. Instead of seeing the doctor at the clinic, speak to your doctor over a video consult. He’ll assess your condition and prescribe treatment for symptoms of Covid-19 if suitable.
Telemedicine is safe and effective as long as patients share information with the doctor truthfully, accurately and completely.
Yes, it is. Noah is a telemedicine platform compliant to Hong Kong's Department of Health guidelines, enabling our doctors to practice medicine and treat patients remotely. All doctors on the platform understand and abide by the Ethical Guidelines on Practice of Telemedicine.
A consultation with our doctor is HKD$350. After the consult, you will be sent an invoice to confirm your final treatment and billing details.

We provide consultations and treatment for men and women. Children are not eligible for this service.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday*. Between 9 am - 6 pm, we will deliver your prescription to you within the day after the doctor’s approval. Delivery is free of charge.
