If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and reason for refund. Refunds can only be requested between the following products purchased through Noah & Zoey Limited between 30 and 60 days:

You are eligible for a full refund of the prescription product if the following terms and conditions are satisfied:
- You used the prescription product consistently as directed by your medical provider leading up to the refund period.
- You submitted a refund request to the email email@example.com along with your order number within the refund period after your shipment was delivered.
Refund requests will not be accepted outside of the refund period. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. It is limited to one refund per customer for eligible products. You may be asked to return any remaining products. Refund requests do not apply to side effects experienced from treatments. Only applicable to treatments purchased from 20.05.2022. Returning customers who sign up through Noah & Zoey Limited’s platform again are not eligible for a refund.
Noah & Zoey Limited reserves the right to forfeit the guarantee if there’s suspected abuse of our 60 day money back guarantee offer.
