Refund requests will not be accepted outside of the refund period. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. It is limited to one refund per customer for eligible products. You may be asked to return any remaining products. Refund requests do not apply to side effects experienced from treatments. Only applicable to treatments purchased from 20.05.2022. Returning customers who sign up through Noah & Zoey Health Limited’s platform again are not eligible for a refund.
