What is Noah?

Noah is a one-stop telehealth platform for men. We treat a range of highly sensitive conditions that include sexual health issues such as erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE).

Is there a minimum age requirement?

The minimum age for both ED and PE prescription medication on Noah is 18 years of age.

How much does a teleconsult cost on Noah?

Teleconsults cost HK$200. This covers the time of a MCHK licensed doctor to review your information and assess you.

Are the doctors on your platform legit?

All our doctors on the Noah platform are registered medical practitioners with the Medical Council of Hong Kong, and have undergone an extensive background check and licensed verification process prior to their appointment.

Every doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in Hong Kong. All our doctors abide by Medical Council of Hong Kong's (MCHK) Code of Professional Conduct.

Do I need a prescription to use Noah?

No, as a telemedicine platform, Noah patients will consult with a doctor who will then write a prescription if they find you suitable for treatment after your online evaluation.

When am I charged for the medication?

You will only be charged for your chosen prescription medication after a medical practitioner has approved of your treatment plan. Your credit card will not be charged for the cost of the medication if you are found unsuitable for prescription.

Is my information safe?

Your privacy and security is important to us, and that’s why we’ve designed our platform to incorporate strict security protocols to protect your personal data.

Is it legal to prescribe medication online?

Yes it is. Noah is a telemedicine platform compliant to Hong Kong's Department of Health guidelines, enabling our doctors to practice medicine and treat patients remotely. All doctors on the platform understand and abide by the Ethical Guidelines on Practice of Telemedicine.

Is this a safe way to receive treatment?

Yes. Telemedicine is safe and effective—as long as patients answer questions truthfully, accurately, and completely. It’s also important that you only upload pictures of your face and your ID (not someone else), and that you take those pictures during the online visit. Doctors are only effective when they have accurate, current information about your case—both in telemedicine and in-person visits.

Doctors on Noah depend solely on the information you provide during your visit and via chat or video. They have no way of externally verifying the information you provide. In addition, if prescribed medicine, it's necessary to read the personalised treatment plan given to you before taking any medication. Only by reading this information in its entirety and fully understanding the content can you adequately weigh the risks and benefits of the treatment.

When can I talk to the doctor for a consultation?

You can choose either a text message consultation or a video consultation according to your personal preference and needs. Your doctor will call you during the time slot you choose. If you have any questions after your first consultation, you can contact our nursing team at any time.

Why is the consultation done over the phone?

Consultations through phone calls or text messages do not hinder the doctor from providing appropriate medical advice, and they also allow us to better protect your privacy.

I have additional questions after my initial consult? What do I do?

As a Noah member, you will have access to ongoing care. Reach out to the Noah Care Concierge Team to fine-tune your treatment or ask any questions related to your treatment plan, at no additional cost.

However, you will be charged an additional HK$200 for any subsequent consultations apart from your current conditions with a doctor. Ultimately, 100% of all consultation fees go to the doctors and we want them to be fairly compensated for their medical expertise.

Why do you need a picture of my ID?

Our doctors will need to confirm your identity before treating you via telemedicine. In order to confirm your identity, we need photos:

1. A photo of your government-issued ID

Must include:

– First & Last name

– Photo

– Date of birth

– ID expiration date (if any; it cannot be expired)

When will I receive my order?

Video consultation deliveries are made between 9am - 6pm on Mondays to Fridays, and between 11am to 1pm on Saturdays*. After your doctor approves the prescription, we will deliver your medication within 4 hours**, with free shipping. Any orders made after 6pm will delivered the next working day.

For text consultation deliveries, the delivery time will be done 24 hours after booking (For example: If you book a text consultation at 11am on Friday, you can choose a delivery slot between 11am - 2pm on Saturday). Please note that delivery times for text consultation orders might be affected if the doctor doesn't approve the prescription in time.

*Deliveries on Saturday will only be shipped the same day if the video consultation is done before 10am. Orders for video consultations done after 1pm, as well as text consultations made during the weekend, will be delivered on Monday.

** For self-pick up collection, the estimated delivery time is 2 -4 business days after the doctor approves the prescription.

I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Our delivery team will attempt to redeliver it however charges may apply.

How do I delay or speed up my order?

To speed up your order, simply click "Get it sooner". Alternatively, you can reach out to us at hello@ofnoah.hk and we will sort it out for you.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription, log into your account, "Subscriptions", click cancel.

Else, get in touch and we will sort it out for you.

Can I return my shipment?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on prescription products. However, if you feel we have made an error in delivering your prescription, please contact us at hello@ofnoah.hk.

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

For security reasons, only the patient or his/her authorised person can collect the medication package. If you are not home, a call will be made for you to authorise the person collecting on your behalf.
