Fill out the required information and click "Confirm" to proceed to the next step.

Choose your medication

Select the medication you prefer based on your personal lifestyle habits and needs. (Don't worry, the doctor will review your medication choices again after the consultation!)

Choose preferred prescription

Select the desired prescription dosage and frequency of delivery.

Pay consultation fee

Enter delivery address and confirm your order details, enter credit card information to pay the $200 consultation fee. *(If you choose to skip the evaluation, you will need to pay $250)

*If you choose a text consultation and the doctor does not approve a prescription, 100% of the consultation fee will be refunded to you. However, if you choose a video consultation, you will only need to pay the consultation fee after the consultation is complete.

Schedule your consultation and delivery time

Pick a date and time that works for you in the calendar for your consultation. It should only take about 5 minutes of your time. After that, upload a photo of your ID to confirm your identity.

Start your tele-consultation with the doctor

Click "View Details" to make sure your consultation information is correct. If needed, you can also change your consultation date and time here.

Start your consultation via video or voice call

Click "Start Consultation", enter your phone number or email address to confirm your identity, and start your consultation. This link will be valid 10 minutes before your scheduled consultation time and will be sent to you via email.

Pay for your prescription

Please go to “Your Dashboard" and review your prescription details on the "Plans" page, which includes dosage and delivery frequency. You can then use your saved credit card to complete the payment.

Go to your "Plans"

If you want to refill your medication right away, log in to "Your Dashboard" and go to the "Plans" page. Click "Edit" and select "Reorder Now". You can also change the dosage or delivery frequency on this page.

*After setting "Auto Renew" to "on", you don't have to worry about running out of medication.

About 6 months after your initial visit, you will receive a follow-up notification on the "Your Dashboard". Please schedule a consultation with the doctor. You will also receive an email notification, don't worry, the follow-up is free.

Have a Video or Voice Consultation

The process is the same as the first consultation.

Use the link on the "Your Dashboard" or in your email to start a video or voice consultation, then confirm the medication and pay the fee also in “Your Dashboard". The medication will be delivered to the designated address.

What should I do if the medication is not suitable for me?


If you find that the medication is not suitable for you, please reach out to our team. We care about your well-being and will arrange a free follow-up consultation with the doctor to discuss alternative medication options.

How can I change the dosage and delivery frequency of my regularly ordered medication?


You can easily modify your treatment plan, including the dosage and delivery frequency of your subscription, by visiting the "Your Dashboard" page. Additionally, you can also manage the "auto-renewal" feature for your medication on this page.

Can I pause (or restart) my subscription?


Absolutely! You can easily pause or restart your subscription by going to the "Plans" page on “Your Dashboard”.

Do I need to consult with the doctor every time I need a refill?


You only need to consult with the doctor once every 6 months. After that, you can easily refill your prescription without needing to see the doctor again. Just make sure to schedule your consultation before the 6-month expiration date, which we'll remind you of in an email.

Can I skip the evaluation?


If you're interested in treating erectile dysfunction, you have the option to skip the evaluation. However, this does cost an additional $50 on top of the normal consultation fee of $200. Just a heads up, the doctor may need to spend a few extra minutes with you during the consultation to get to know your health and personal info better.

Is there another way to pay besides using a credit card?


For now, we only accept credit card payments. However, our team is actively working on developing additional payment options. Thank you for your patience!
