Choose a text consultation or a video consultation, whichever suits your preferences and needs.

Tap “Start Consultation” and complete the evaluation, so the doctor can understand your medical history and current health.
For an ED consultation, if you’re in a hurry you can pay $250 to skip the self-assessment.

Fill in the required information and tap “Confirm” to carry on.
What you pick here is a first choice. Your doctor decides after the consultation whether it suits you.

Pick the medication that suits your lifestyle and needs. Don’t worry, the doctor reviews your choice again after the consultation.

Select the dosage you’d like and how often it should be delivered.
Skip this step if you tapped “Let the doctor decide” in step 4.
Consultation fee. For an ED consultation, it’s $250 if you skip the self-assessment.

Enter your delivery address, check your order, then enter your card details to pay the consultation fee.

Pick a date and time in the calendar that works for you. The consultation should only take about 5 minutes. Then upload a photo of your ID to confirm who you are.

Tap “View Details” to make sure everything is correct. You can change the date and time here too.
If you chose a text consultation, this is where you’ll find the doctor’s messages.

Tap “Start Consultation”, enter your phone number or email address to confirm your identity, and start your consultation.
The link becomes active 10 minutes before your booked time, and we email it to you as well.

Go to Your Dashboard and review your prescription on the Plans page, including dosage and delivery frequency. Then pay with your saved credit card.

Your prescription is delivered straight to your door in discreet packaging. Delivery is free and can take as little as 4 hours.
Self-pickup orders are ready 2–4 business days after your doctor’s approval.
Second-time users
Refill, change your dosage or book a follow-up from Your Dashboard. Follow-ups are free.

To refill right away, log in to Your Dashboard, go to the Plans page, tap Edit and choose Reorder Now. You can change your dosage or delivery frequency here too.
Set Auto Renew to on and you won’t have to remember to reorder.
Your doctor reviews your treatment regularly to check it still suits you. When it’s time, you’ll get a notification in Your Dashboard and by email. Book a time with the doctor. Don’t worry, the follow-up is free.
It works just like your first consultation: use the link in Your Dashboard or your email to start a video or voice call, then confirm your medication and pay in Your Dashboard. We deliver it to your address.
