How to take it
Pick the same time each day and it’s easy to remember. We don’t recommend taking more than 2 capsules a day, as it may increase your risk of side effects.
Possible side effects include gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhoea, altered mood and muscle cramps. Less commonly, some people find it harder to sleep; if that happens, try taking Vigour in the morning, or just 1 capsule a day. If you experience serious side effects, stop taking it and see a doctor.
What’s inside
Five ingredients: ashwagandha, tongkat ali, fenugreek, vitamin D3 and zinc.
Vegetarian, with no fillers. It isn’t vegan, as milk is used to extract the ashwagandha root. Your first order comes with a reusable glass jar; after that, we send refills.
