From request to refund, in four steps.

- 303Send it backWithin 10 days of eligibility being confirmed. For pens, we send a courier.
- 404Get your refundTo your original payment method, within 14 days of inspection. Our pharmacy’s inspection is final.
Refund amount
- Only eligible products actually returned are refunded, at the price you actually paid (after any discounts, pro rata).
- Consult fees, delivery charges and handling fees, including return delivery, are non-refundable.
Not covered
- Products bought through third parties or unauthorised channels.
- Products that are opened, used, have damaged packaging, or aren’t returned the way we set out.
- Products lost or damaged after delivery.
